Who we are

Willow Park Rejuvenation · Aesthetics with Marissa is a facial aesthetics practice serving Bentonville and nearby Northwest Arkansas. This website is our marketing site. Our business address, phone, and hours will be published here once finalized; until then, we operate by appointment.

Acceptable use

Use this site for ordinary browsing, reading, and requesting a consultation. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, misuse forms, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or refuse access if use becomes abusive.

Consultations — no medical advice, no outcome guarantees

Content on this marketing site is educational and orienting. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of results. Consultations and any treatment decisions happen in person (or through the practice’s clinical workflow), planned with care — Designing Confidence means a conversation before a build, not guaranteed outcomes.

Scheduling and payment for appointments are handled through PartnerNow under that system’s own terms and policies. Booking requires a valid card on file; no standard deposit is taken. A cancellation with at least 24 hours’ notice has no fee. A first late cancellation (less than 24 hours) is forgiven once; if late cancellations become a pattern, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required for future bookings. A no-show is charged 30% of the scheduled service price, and the next appointment requires a $50 non-refundable deposit. Continued late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. The full policy is on the first visit page.

Intellectual property

Site text, design, branding, and other content belong to Willow Park Rejuvenation or its licensors unless noted otherwise. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy the site wholesale, reuse brand assets as your own, or republish content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Willow Park Rejuvenation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this marketing website, or from reliance on draft content that has not yet been attorney-approved. This is a plain stub, not an aggressive disclaimer — fuller language will follow legal review.
